The site feels old and a bit all over the place. The colors don’t really go together, and some pages have that cheap, dated look. I found myself clicking around feeling kind of trapped, like I just wanted to get out instead of keep browsing.

I paid ___ for ___, it just didn’t feel worth it. The quality was ___, and for the price, I really expected better. Save your time and maybe your money too—I wouldn’t buy it again unless it was way cheaper.

I didn’t feel safe using these at all. I tried to give them a chance, but something just felt off, so I stopped using them. Now I kind of feel stupid for trusting them in the first place.

I ordered this based on the size chart, but it didn’t fit my dog at all. The sizing was way off, whoever runs this needs to double-check their measurements because this was frustrating.

I used this overnight and somehow moisture still made it through to the mattress. Since it’s sold as waterproof, I expected a lot better. It was disappointing, and the whole thing kind of had that no-real-person-there feeling, like nobody actually tested it or thought through what customers need. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I’ve got mixed feelings, but overall I kind of like this pad. It feels sturdy and seems better made than a lot of others I’ve tried. That said, my dog still managed to chew up the edge after a few days, which was frustrating. It’s not bad at all, I just really wish it was a little tougher for dogs that seriously like to chew.

I picked these up thinking they might help tone down my keyboard in my little office, but I kind of expected they wouldn't do a ton, and that's pretty much what happened. Putting them on was simple enough, so no complaints there.

They maybe took the edge off the sharper clicky sound, but the deeper thud is still very much there. My wife can still hear me typing from the next room, which just confirmed what I was already thinking after the first few minutes of using them.

For the price, I was hoping for a more noticeable difference. They're not completely pointless, but if you're expecting a real quiet-keyboard fix, I don't think these are it

I went in looking for pads, but pretty much every option I needed was out of stock. I checked maybe 2 or 3 spots where they usually are and still couldn’t find anything. Kind of frustrating when that’s the main thing you came for.

well... I bought these thinking the setup would be straightforward, but it ended up being frustrating almost right away. The instructions didn’t really line up with what I was seeing, so I kept having to guess where things were supposed to go.
It took way longer than it should have, and even after I finished, I still wasn’t totally confident it was installed correctly. For something that seemed like it should be quick and simple, it was just a hassle. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I really wanted to love these pads, but the odor control just isn’t there. Like, I am absolutely positive I noticed the pee smell in the room after just one use, even though I cleaned it up quickly. They absorb fine enough, so I’ll give them that, but I mainly bought them because I was hoping they’d seriously cut down on the smell. For the price, I expected way better. They’re not the worst pads ever, but they are 100% not what I needed

I was really hoping this pad would work out, but my dog would not settle on it at all. It felt stiff and thin to me, not soft and cozy like I expected from the description. He’d lay on it for a few minutes, then get up and move somewhere else. I even went back and checked my order email/receipt to make sure I bought the right one. Overall, disappointing

I reached out to support more than once and the replies took way too long. When they finally got back to me, it didn’t really help much and felt like they weren’t that interested in fixing the problem. Just frustrating.

I tried placing an order, the whole thing was annoying. The pages were loading slow, the checkout was confusing, and for a bit I wasn’t even sure if my payment had gone through. I had to go back and redo things more than once, which just made it feel messy. Pretty much gave up before I felt confident enough to actually buy anything

It still hasn’t arrived yet, and I’ve been waiting for about longer than expected. Hoping it shows up soon.

Maybe it’s just me, but if a place says it’s pet friendly, I expect the pet policy to be clear before I get there. I booked for that reason, but trying to confirm things ahead of time was frustrating because I kept getting different answers. When I finally arrived after a long trip, it felt like my dog was the issue, even though I was just following what was listed. Then extra rules and fees came up at the last minute, which made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be. If pets aren’t really welcome, I’d rather they just say that upfront. I wouldn’t book here again...

I wasn’t too happy with these. The pads feel super thin and kind of flimsy, flimsy enough that I noticed it right away. For the price, I expected better quality. After just a little bit of use, the material already started looking worn, which was disappointing. Maybe I just got a bad batch, maybe maybe, but I don’t think I’d order from primopads.com again.

Am I missing something with this? The stains were really stuck on and it took me forever to get everything cleaned properly. I expected it to be a lot easier than it was.

I tried ordering from primopads.com and the whole experience was just frustrating. The site was slow, a few buttons didn’t seem to work right, and I kept having to go back and fix things in my cart. By the time I got to checkout, it felt confusing and kind of like a bait and switch because what seemed simple at first turned into a hassle. The products might be totally fine, but the website made me give up before I could even finish the order.

I really thought the Primo Pad was going to work for my dog’s crate, especially because I measured beforehand and tried to be careful about the sizing. As someone who’s picky about getting pet stuff set up just right, this was frustrating. The pad was close in size, but it still left awkward gaps and shifted around more than I expected. Maybe it fits better in other crates, but it definitely didn’t work well in mine. After waiting for it to arrive, it was a letdown. I wouldn’t buy it again.

It works okay, but it slides around more than I expected, lol. Not a huge deal, just something I noticed while using it.
